THE HELLACOPTERS: 'Rock & Roll Is Dead' To Receive Vinyl Release In The U.S.

Sweden's THE HELLACOPTERS, who feature in their ranks former ENTOMBED drummer Nicke Andersson on guitar/vocals, will release the vinyl edition of their latest album, "Rock & Roll Is Dead", in the U.S. on May 16 via Sacred Heart Recordings. It is a picture disc with two bonus tracks: "It Might Mean Something to You" and "Positively So Naive". Limited to 1,000 copies only, the first 200 copies will have a different picture on the A-side plus a sticker.

"Rock & Roll Is Dead" was released in the U.S. in February via Liquor and Poker Music. The American version of the CD contained two bonus tracks not included on any other version of the recording, as well as bonus video clips for the singles "Everything's On T.V." and "I'm in the Band".

HELLACOPTERS were nominated for a Swedish Grammy award earlier in the year, this time for "Best Rock Group of the Year".
